RD422 is a newly developed machine by Wuhan XiangLong Co.,Ltd introducing the same kind of production technology from America.Special for cutting long brake lining with high effeciency.When cutting ,the operator only need to put the long shoe brake lining 5 into the Length allocation baffle plate 6.tightly against the circle fixture 2 over the inner arc positioning fixture1.It can place 10 pieces of long shoe lining in one time. Upon working, inner arc positioning ficture rotates, bring the long shoe lining at the lowest level of lining sending mechanism to cylinder belt clamping area,hihg speed rotating diamond knife shall cut it off. While at the bottom of the cutting machine, there is a slideway, it will deliver the cutted lining 7.out .And the whole cutting process finish.
