RD3111 Seven-hole Disc Brake Pads Drilling Machine
RD3111 is specially designed on American technology for drilling hole on rivet brake pad. It can drill pads of any kinds and models with the special gear case for multi drills. It works by mechanical pushing for feeding and stripping. Simple structure, easy operation and high automation.
Put brake pad into the clamp for fixing. The pushing device for feeding pushes brake pad down to cylinder, then to the location sidestep. Multi drills driven by cylinder drill. After being drilled, signal from proximity switch orders piston in cylinder to move to the left in order to let brake pad fall off from location sidestep. When location sidestep return back, pushing device takes brake pad to the right side. Brake pad is pushed off on the location sidestep by cylinder. Drills move to the right and begin to drill for the next process.
